If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit.

Personalized & Custom Jewelry

Because personalized and custom-made jewelry is created specifically for you, all personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
